This Privacy Policy explains how EG Agency ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when we provide marketing services and when we use third-party platforms such as the TikTok API for Business.

1. Information we collect

• Advertising account data that advertisers authorize us to access, such as campaign settings and performance metrics (spend, impressions, clicks, conversions).
• Lead form submissions that people choose to send to advertisers we manage, such as name and phone number.
• Contact information that clients send to us by email.

2. How we use information

• To create, manage and optimize advertising campaigns on behalf of authorized advertisers.
• To prepare performance reports for our team and our clients.
• To pass lead submissions to the advertiser's sales team so they can respond to the request.

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We do not share data obtained from TikTok with third parties except the advertiser who owns the account or campaign, or where required by law.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored in access-controlled systems and kept only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Access tokens are stored securely and can be revoked by the advertiser at any time.

5. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you by emailing quang@egagency.io.vn. Advertisers may revoke our access to their accounts at any time in TikTok Ads Manager.
